These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by MD Safety Publishing Ltd] (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the purchase of digital documents via our Shopify-powered store.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our services.

3. Products and Services

We sell digital documents delivered electronically. All products are:

• Intangible digital goods
• Delivered via download or email
• Subject to licence restrictions (not ownership transfer).

We also sell printed books. All products are:

• Printed via a third-party supplier.
• Delivered via a postal service.
• Subject to licence restrictions (not ownership transfer).

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

Orders are placed via our Shopify store. You will receive an order confirmation upon successful purchase.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in [GBP] and include VAT where applicable.

4.3 Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately or shortly after payment confirmation via:

• Download link
• Email delivery.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and ensure access to downloads.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content:

All sales are generally final and non-refundable once access/download has been provided

By purchasing, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (for digital content delivered immediately.

Exceptions may be made where:

• The file is defective or corrupted
• The product is materially different from its description.

7. Licence and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the document for:

• Personal use, or
• Internal business use (if applicable).

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the document
• Share it publicly or upload to third-party platforms
• Modify and claim ownership of the original content.
   

8. Intellectual Property

All content remains the property of MD safety Publishing Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• All activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
• Distribute malicious software or content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
• We do not guarantee that documents will meet your specific requirements.
